I am sad to report that a good friend, race promoter and great rider has passed away. Robert Patterson died at a Motocross race in TN on Sunday March 25. Robert has been a top competitor in the Mid South Series for many years.

He has ridden as several SERA events over the years also. Robert's family runs Sarge's motorcycle shop in Columbia, TN.

The arrangements for his funeral are:

Visitation will be Tomorrow and Wednesday night from 5 PM to 9 PM at Williams funeral home in Columbia, TN.

The funeral will be Thursday at 11:00 AM at Pleasant Heights Baptist Church. The church is very close to the funeral home.

I have been advised that flowers are welcome but memorial contributions are also welcome. Memorial contributions are to go to the family's church; Riverview Baptist Church, in Columbia, TN.
